Wednesday, February 4

MORNING - MId-day

Member Arrivals

Arrive at the Jackson Hole Airport, located at the base of the spectacular Teton mountain range. Set entirely within Grand Teton National Park, flying into the Jackson Hole Airport is an awe inspiring start to your trip.

Welcome Gifts, lift tickets and attendee badges:
Every registered attendee receives one of our world class welcome packages. If you're staying at the Hotel Terra or Teton Mountain Lodge, your package will be delivered right to your room upon check-in. Your package will include your badge for the Summit (please wear this to all events). If you ordered lift tickets, you will find those in an envelope inside also.
If you are staying "off property," please pick your package up at the Hotel Terra front desk.

Join us on Wednesday evening for drinks and appetizers as we kick-off our time together. Use this opportunity to meet and connect with the people you will spend the next few days with. It’s a critical part of getting a full return on your Summit investment. Exit the mountain side doors of Hotel Terra and walk down the path past the skating rink. Caldera House will be on your right.

Skiing & Morning Activities

Enhance your experience at the Summit by participating in one of the many activities we have planned. It’s a great way to meet other participants and make connections.
Activities and lift tickets are not included in the registration fee and may be purchased during registration or added on at a later date.

Half-day Skiing with Guides

Enjoy world class skiing in Jackson Hole and receive 3 hours of expert guidance from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort instructors. You must purchase a lift ticket in addition to the experience to participate in this activity.

Sunrise Winter Wildlife Safari

Dawn creates the perfect atmosphere to see fauna in their most pristine environment. These Safari-style expeditions explore the Jackson Hole Valley, including Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge. Guides offer local knowledge and exclusive viewing opportunities of elk, moose, bison, bighorn sheep, foxes, mule deer, and more! All expeditions come equipped with binoculars and a spotting scope.

There is no better way to make connections with other participants than with amazing, shared experiences. Choose from a variety of activities to experience the awesomeness of the Tetons and of the Healthcare Summit at Jackson Hole. 

Organized Skiing Activities

We’ll arrange all day ski guides to make your Jackson Hole ski dreams come true. No matter what your experience level! With guides, you’ll skip the lift lines so you can take full advantage of your time. Choose a leisurely day on the slopes or adrenaline boosting outbound adventure. You can’t go wrong!

Fat Tire Biking

A local guide will take you on stunning treks on the less traveled roads with awesome views of the snowcapped Teton Mountain range and winter wildlife. All tours include a mountain bike, helmet, and a water bottle.

Snowshoe Trip

Join a naturalist guide on a snowshoe trip in Grand Teton National Park or Bridger Teton National Forest.

Snowmobile Tour

Your Guide will take you through the beautiful Bridger Teton National Forest on some of the over 600 miles of groomed trails. We will stop for lunch at Brooks Lake Lodge or Turpin Meadows Ranch, Total time is 8 hours from pick up to drop off and 6 hours on the trails.

Jackson Hole

Jackson Hole is a beautiful valley surrounded by majestic mountains, lakes and abundant wildlife and provides opportunities for year-round adventure. The area is home to many of the nation’s best and most popular national parks that are iconic of the American West. Grand Teton National Park surrounds the valley, and the largest elk herd on earth resides in the National Elk Refuge. Jackson Hole is also home to the southern entrance of Yellowstone National Park, and the Snake River runs through the valley.

The Healthcare Summit will provide attendees the opportunity to experience all Jackson Hole has to offer. The Summit will take place during peak ski-season, so there will be many opportunities to take advantage of Jackson Hole’s 2,500 acres of inbounds terrain and deep, light powder. Attendees may also visit any of the National Parks or Jackson Hole’s quaint downtown area while they are in town.

The majority of the Healthcare Summit at Jackson Hole events will take place at the Hotel Terra. This luxury hotel is the winner of the 2025 AAA Four Diamond award and is located in the heart of Teton Village and only steps from some of the best skiing and snowboarding in North America.

Indulge in upscale amenities at this award-winning hotel, where breathtaking mountain scenery sets the backdrop for your outdoor adventures. The hotel provides immediate access to the slopes at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and is a short walk to a new aerial tram at the base of Rendezvous Peak. Lift tickets can be purchased as an add-on through the registration process. Equipment rental is available on the mountain. Hotel Terra also has a world-class restaurant and spa. If interested, there are many other area attractions attendees will be able to visit during their time in Jackson Hole.
